Nonviolent Communication —
Deepening understanding and connection, and finding solutions that work for everyone.
Compassion and Empowerment
We focus on broadening awareness and skill to bring compassion to our communications, our thinking and, through the ripples of connection, to our world. Compassionate Communication, also called Nonviolent Communication, was developed and refined by Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD.
One of his particular contributions is seeking to understand what deeply matters to each person in a conversation, the life-serving needs motivating each word and action.

NVC Mentoring
Both new and well-established NVC trainers sometimes want an additional perspective from an experienced colleague. A number of NVC practitioners, trainers and certified trainers have consulted Meganwind to benefit from her over 20 years’ experience sharing Nonviolent Communication with individuals, couples, organizations, in classes and with people incarcerated in prisons and jails.
Couples Support & Mediation
Couples constantly balance and re-balance intimacy and independence, and sometimes this process can get painful, or even in moments feel impossible to resolve. Inviting a skilled “third-sider,” someone experienced in helping couples hear each other freshly and with care can make a big difference.

“My family both nuclear and extended are thriving harmoniously once more and I know for certain that the tools you gave me were a big part of being able to express and hear the super strong emotions that needed to be communicated, heard and released. Before your class, I didn’t really know how to do that . Thank you so very much!”
